This 3-Minute Bodyweight Circuit provides a quick cardio boost, and effective strengthening and balance exercises, yet doesn't require any equipment.

Perform as many circuits as you can in the time you have available. For example, 15 minutes equals 3 times through. Doing this 3-4 times a week will improve your balance and make you a stronger and more fit hiker!
